Architectural Control Committee
Park Timbers Covenants require every Park Timbers homeowner to obtain written approval from Park Timbers' Architectural Control Committee for any building or other improvements to be erected, placed or altered in any manner on any lot within Park Timbers.
The construction plans and specifications and a plan showing the location of the structure or improvements must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for written approval as to
quality of materials and proposed workmanship, conformity and harmony of external design with existing structures in the subdivision, conformity with the Covenants, etc.
Homeowners are requested to submit their request for any modifications at least 14 days prior to the work is to begin to allow sufficient time for the Committee to review the request and to respond as to whether the proposed work is approved. Failure to obtain Architectural Control Committee approval is a Covenant violation.
