Realtors should advise all prospective buyers that Park Timbers is a covenant restricted community. Our homeowners have a yearly, mandatory maintenance fee that is required to be paid. The payment is not voluntary, and legal action is taken against homeowners who do not timely pay the fee. Additionally, any prospective buyers should be made aware of the Rules that govern our subdivision and which legally transfer to each subsequent purchaser of property within our borders. Those Rules prohibit certain activities, certain property (like boats, RVS, etc.) and certain animals from being brought into the subdivision. We make no exceptions for these requirements.
